"Three S Project" 2024 Workplace Learning Program for Secondary School Students: Nurturing Future Construction Professionals

Sanfield are pleased to announce the successful conclusion of the 5th "Three S Project Learning Program for Secondary School Students," which was co-organised by The Boys' Brigade Anchor House and sponsored by SHKP and Sanfield. Recently, we held a sharing session for the program, where we celebrated the accomplishments of the participating students.

During this two-week summer vacation, we offered 15 current DSE candidates from various secondary schools the opportunity to undergo internships in various frontline departments of Sanfield, including the BIM team, Safety/Training team, Procurement team, and PRT team, allowing them to gain hands-on experience in different working environments and roles. Beyond gaining insights into their future academic and career paths, the students embarked on a journey of personal growth and self-discovery. The program not only enhanced their workplace skills, including interpersonal skills, communication techniques, work attitude, and stress management, but also helped them identify the right career path and understand their interests and potential. This program has contributed to enhancing the overall capabilities and competitiveness of students, empowering them with a proactive attitude to tackle societal challenges and pursue their personal life goals. We are proud to have been part of this meaningful initiative and are hopeful and optimistic about the bright futures that await these talented individuals.
