新輝智能天秤駕駛系統：新輝實地應用了嶄新的智能天秤駕駛系統(UMTC)

Sanfield has implemented an innovative AI-assisted smart control system on tower cranes, moving away from traditional crane operations. UMTC system features high-precision GNSS & low latency communications technologies, providing operators with a more comfortable working environment and a highly intelligent monitoring platform. Improved the operators’ occupational safety and health can undoubtedly attract more women and youngsters to the industry. While more intelligent guiding system can make the lifting more efficient and safe.

We recently hosted a visit from Mrs. Winnie Ho, Secretary for Housing (HK), Mr. Mike Wong, Executive Director of SHKP, and Mr. Eddie Ho, Deputy General Manager of Sanfield, at our construction site in Sai Sha. The visit aimed to showcase the hands-on application of our UMTC and 4S-targeted “AI-lift” system and shared our visions in adopting advanced technologies for more efficient MiC (Modular Integrated Construction) construction hoisting, proactive Preventive Maintenance System and intelligent Path-finding System for maximum crane safety and efficiency. As we continue to refine and expand the capabilities of the UMTC system, we are confident that it will play a pivotal role in promoting the 4S (Smart Site Safety System) development of Hong Kong's construction industry. But our commitment doesn't end there! The implementation of the UMTC system not only enhances overall efficiency and safety in the project but also underscores our unwavering commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of every member of the Sanfield. We are excited to see the positive impact of our UMTC system on future 4S projects.
