Since 1987, the Sir Edward Youde Memorial Fund (SEYMF) has played a vital role in fostering a culture of lifelong learning, empowering young individuals to explore their passions and reach their full potential. We're proud that two colleagues were recently recognized at the 38th SEYMF Award Ceremony. Mr. Poon Yuk Pui received the "Award for Self-Improvement for Working Adults," becoming one of five individuals in Hong Kong to attain this honour. Through the Side by Side Employment Programme, he successfully reintegrated into society and discovered his true passion, leading him to Sanfield Construction. Over the past six years, he has earned multiple trade qualifications and established himself as a highly skilled leveller. Mr. Wong Wai Cheung, charted his career path through the "Apprenticeship Training Programme" and joined Sanfield as an Assistant Electrical and Mechanical Engineer. He received the "Outstanding Apprentice Award" and is passionate about inspiring young people to recognize and seize the abundant opportunities within the construction industry, encouraging them to pursue successful careers in this field.
