Empowering the Next-Gen of Leaders Through VR Training!

At Sanfield, we are dedicated to investing in our people! Recently, as a key part of our talent development strategy, we rolled out a five-day leadership training program for 30 of our young colleagues at supervisory-level, hailing from various departments. This diverse group engaged in innovative VR (Virtual Reality) simulations, creating an immersive experience to boost their team leading and communication skills for the new generation!

We were also pleased to welcome renowned radio host and I/O psychologist Mills Wong, along with Qian Hoong Lee, who delivered insightful sessions on crucial leadership skills. To ensure the training has a lasting impact, we've integrated follow-up sessions, empowering our colleagues to apply their learning in daily roles and fostering sustainable growth.
