Our recent participation in the "CIC - See What I See" event allowed us to showcase our commitment to advancing technology in the construction industry. During the event, our Process Re-Engineering Manager, Jo Kwong, shared Sanfield’s vision of improving operational efficiency and optimizing resource usage and unveiled the innovative technologies implemented in the Sai Sha Residential Development Project. One notable technology is the Panel Robot, designed for installing precast partitions. With its advanced gripper and collision avoidance sensors, it effortlessly positions panels vertically with just a push of a button. Additionally, the Unmanned Tower Crane (UMTC) System integrates wireless communication technology and comprehensive monitoring systems, supports remote operation, and improves safety and efficiency. At Sanfield, we embrace the value of "Building Homes with Heart" and leverage technology to optimize tasks, allowing our colleagues to focus on enhancing craftsmanship and operational efficiency.
