At Sanfield, we believe that a strong safety culture is built when everyone is engaged and involved. Since 2024, our MEGA IDC Phase II site in Tseung Kwan O has embraced the "Safety & Sharing" initiative, starting each morning with an open platform for open discussions on real on-site challenges and the exchange of valuable site safety tips!

We also recognize the contributions of our team by selecting a “Safety Contributor of the Month” who shares insightful safety advice. This “everyone participates” approach has created a common language of safety on site.

As we continue to foster our safety culture with innovation and teamwork, we are making our sites safer for everyone. Together, we can ensure safety is not just a priority but a shared responsibility!
