Construction Safety Week 2025 | TIE.Ai Smart Scaffolding Monitoring System

At this year's Construction Safety Week 2025 4S Exhibition, Sanfield was honoured to welcome Ms. Bernadette LINN, Secretary for Development; Ir Ricky Lau, Permanent Secretary for Development (Works); Mr. Vincent Fung, Deputy Commissioner for Labour; Ir Prof. Thomas Ho, Chairman of CIC; and Ir Albert Cheng, Executive Director of CIC. Our Deputy General Manager, Ir Eddie Ho, personally introduced and demonstrated Hong Kong’s first self-developed "Smart Scaffolding Monitoring System (TIE.Ai)", receiving strong recognition from industry leaders.

TIE.Ai is about people, safety, and innovation. The system captures multi-dimensional critical data every five seconds including tie-wire status, tilting angle, tension levels, and temperature conditions. It intelligently detects anomalies such as wire breakage, tension overload, excessive tilting, or abnormal vibration, issuing early warnings or real-time alerts to prevent potential scaffold-related incidents.
