Sanfield x Mill Milk Collaboration: Experiencing the Craft of "Setting-out" and Our Signature Site Meals

Sanfield (SHKP Construction Department) recently partnered with the popular local media platform Mill Milk to launch a new episode of our "Site Experience" video series. Through a hands-on internship experience, this collaboration offers the public a fresh perspective on the daily operations and unique culture of our construction sites.

In this episode, Mill Milk host Ah Long steps into the shoes of a "Setting-out" apprentice - essentially serving as the on-site blueprint planner. From taking precise measurements and reading structural drawings to snapping the chalk lines, every step highlights the high level of skill, meticulous attention to detail, and extensive experience required in the trade. The video also showcases our strict adherence to safety protocols and Sanfield's comprehensive, one-stop construction management approach.

Beyond professional craftsmanship, the collaboration explores the vibrant culinary culture at Sanfield sites. Ah Long had the chance to enjoy our highly praised "Sanfield Private Kitchen" lunch, featuring the signature steamed fish alongside four dishes and a soup, highlighting the warm, human side of our construction community.
