Building a Caring Culture at Sanfield Construction
Sanfield collaborated with ARIAV to host a series of meaningful sharing sessions based on the book (餘生), which recounts the real-life experiences of families affected by industrial accidents. Across more than ten sessions, over 1,500 colleagues took part. Through this initiative, we extend "respect for life” from the pages to every corner of our project sites, further consolidating frontline safety awareness and taking our "Building Homes with Heart” belief a step further in daily work.
Two guest representatives featured in the book joined us at SHKC to share their impactful experiences. Sanfield leadership, including Mr Y.M. Tsoi and Mr K.H. Ho, along with over hundred colleagues, listened attentively to the heartfelt testimonies. Their sharing of these industry-wide cases served as a reminder that "Safety in our Heart, We all play a part" is a principle we must incorporate into our daily work.
Deeply grateful to the two guest representatives for their generous and courageous sharing. Their strength serves as a powerful catalyst, driving us to continuously uplift our Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards. Our commitment remains steadfast: to ensure every safety detail is rigorously implemented, and to join hands with the industry to build a construction culture rooted in care.
