"Internal Seminar on Scaffolding Safety"

Sanfield (Management) Limited has always prioritized the safety of its frontline workers. Recently, we, Sanfield, organized an "Internal Seminar on Scaffolding Safety" to raise awareness among frontline workers and minimize potential accidents. Over 300 workers from different construction sites actively participated in this seminar.The seminar included a moment of silence and impactful keynotes, such as emphasizing the seriousness of workplace accidents and the importance of collective commitment to safety. Sanfield also implemented measures to strengthen routine inspections and supervision, as well as the "Sanfield Safety Deduction System," to underscore the significance of safety awareness on construction sites. Furthermore, Sanfield enhanced internal communication and prioritized the "Design for Safety" principle to foster a comprehensive safety culture. Frontline workers were required to conduct dynamic risk assessments before starting work, enabling them to proactively identify and address potential risks.

This seminar's objective was not only to enhance safety awareness among frontline workers but also to emphasize the shared responsibility in safety affairs. Sanfield strives to create a safe working environment where safety is a matter of personal commitment for everyone, achieving the goal of "Safety In Our Hearts! We All Play A Part!."
