Sanfield Empowers Hong Kong's Next Generation Through "Strive and Rise" Mentorship

This year, 12 Sanfield colleagues stepped up as volunteer mentors for the HKSAR government-led "Strive and Rise" program (second cohort). This transformative initiative brings together the efforts of the government, the business sector to uplift underprivileged secondary school students from Form 1 to 4.

Throughout this year-long mentorship journey, our “Sanfield mentors” impart wisdom, insights, and unwavering encouragement to passionate young individuals. Fostering an environment where mentees could enhance their self-confidence, explore their passions, and cultivate a positive outlook. One inspiring story features a mentee who shares the same name as Hong Kong's Olympic gold medalist, Cheung Ka-Long. Under the guidance of our dedicated mentor, Tam Chi Seng, he discovered his aspirations and established clear, actionable goals, empowering him to pursue his dreams with purpose. At Sanfield, the construction division of SHKP, we are passionately dedicated to nurturing the next generation of young people. Our heartfelt gratitude goes to every “Sanfield mentor” who participated in this meaningful journey and contributed to a brighter future for Hong Kong’s youth.
