Celebrating Our Young Talent at the 10th Anniversary of the VTC Earn & Learn Scheme!

This year marks the 10thANNIVERARY of VTC’s "Earn & Learn Scheme!" It brings us great joy to share that three of our young colleagues have received well-deserved recognition for their hard work. Esther To and Rachel Yeung have both been recognised as two of the nine "Outstanding Earn & Learn Trainees," while Wong Wai Cheung has been awarded the "Sir Edward Youde Memorial Fund Outstanding Apprentice," an honour granted to only four recipients this year. It is inspiring to see that one of our awardees is a former sports coach who took a courageous leap into the engineering field during the pandemic, starting as an apprentice and thriving as an Assistant Engineer. A huge congratulations to all of them!
