Café de Sanfield: Takeaway Edition - Partnering Up to Deliver Warmth to the Community

Facing the statistic that 45.1% of local seniors experience social isolation, we wanted to take a step further. Extending the spirit of our recent "Café de Sanfield," we launched a special "Takeaway Edition" to bring our care directly to the "young-old" in our community.

Just as construction relies on teamwork, so does community service! Our volunteer team, "Sanfield Connect," embodied this spirit by partnering with key industry colleagues: Kwong Luen Engineering Limited, OK CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS COMPANY, M.E.T. WATER-PROOF ENGINEERING, Jumbo Orient, and Genuine Treasure Access and Scaffolding. With the support of Rainbow Foundation and St. James' Settlement, we formed a "Café de Sanfield Alliance" to amplify our impact.

Visiting four districts across Sham Shui Po, Sheung Wan, Wan Chai, and Tsuen Wan, we supported over 160 seniors. We sincerely thank all our partners for their collaboration. Together, by combining our efforts, we build more than just structures, we lay the foundation for a more caring and connected society.
