SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR / QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Responsibilities
- Manage daily QS tasks and contract management for assigned construction projects
- Prepare project budgets and monitor project expenses closely
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies / Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Membership of HKIS / RICS, or equivalent professional institutions is preferred
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, with at least 2 years in a main contractor / consultant / developer environment
- Proven track record of managing building construction projects from commencement to final account settlement
- Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage internal and external parties effectively
- Proactive, well organized, independent, responsible, strong planning and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, etc
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Quantity Surveyor
