(Recruited by Everlight Engineering Company Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sun Hung Kai Properties Group)

1. Oversee daily site execution and coordination of Electrical projects (sub-contractor perspective).
2. Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and execute T&C procedures (including WR1/WR2).
3. Prepare shop drawings, CSD/CBWD, material submissions, method statements, and handle technical queries.
4. Coordinate with Main Contractors, Consultants, power companies (CLP/HEC), and sub-contractors to resolve site issues.
5. Manage sub-contractors and site supervisors; assist in progress reporting, measurement, and Variation Orders (VOs).

1. Degree / Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related disciplines.
2. Minimum 4 years of relevant Electrical engineering experience.
3. Familiar with EMSD Electricity (Wiring) Regulations, CLP/HEC rules, and FSD/BD regulations.
4. Solid experience in cable layout, distribution system, site installation, and T&C.
5. Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of BIM / Revit is an advantage.
6. Registered Electrical Worker (REW) is an advantage.
7. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer.
