-Plan and coordinate all aspects of funding proposals and fundraising events

-Facilitate cross-sector collaboration and promotional initiatives to align expectations and ensure smooth project delivery

-Build and sustain long-term partnerships with charitable organizations, corporations and government bodies

-Prepare presentation, proposals and regular summary reports

-Supervise 3-4 junior staff on project basis

Education

-Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field

Work Experience

- Minimum 11-15 years’ experience in marketing, project management, and/or partnership development; with fundraising experience in NGO would be highly preferred;

- Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in supervision role with exceptional skill in problem solving

Special Aptitude

-Excellent client servicing, communication and partnership development skills

-Self-motivated, proactive, innovative and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines

-Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

-Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office

-Willing to work on weekends and public holidays on occasion
