Responsibilities:



1. Participate in the deployment of robotic systems, record and analyze on-site operation data, and resolve technical bugs;
2. Prepare related development documents, test reports, and user manuals to ensure traceability of technical solutions;
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate robotic solutions into active factory environments.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Robotics Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or related field;
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in robotics, control systems, sensor integration or factory automation;
3. Proficient in C++ or Python with good code discipline;
4. Familiar with ROS/ROS2 operating system, basic node communication, and fundamental;
5. Knowledge in robotics algorithms (PID, kinematics, path planning) and simulation tools (e.g., Gazebo, Webots, Mujoco);
6. Able to read circuit schematics with familiarity in common communication protocols such as MODBUS, CAN and Ethernet;
7. Knowledge in MCU programming (STM32, Arduino) and GUI/backend development (Qt, Websockets, REST API) would be highly preferred;
8. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.
