1. Oversee full-set accounting functions, including month-end closing, year-end financial statements preparation, and variance analysis.
2. Utilize Oracle system to manage daily financial transactions, automate reporting, and maintain data integrity across engineering projects.
3. Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring accurate cost allocation and revenue recognition in accordance with accounting standards of construction industry.
4. Manage cash flow forecasting.
5. Liaise with internal and external auditors and tax advisors.
6. Lead, supervise and provide guidance to subordinates.
7. Identify opportunities to enhance internal controls and financial workflows within the Oracle environment.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
2. A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the accounting field; experience in the construction or engineering industry is a significant advantage.
3. HKICPA/ACCA qualification is preferred.
4. Good command of both written and spoken English.
5. Proficient in MS Office application, including MS Word and Excel.
6. Knowledge in Oracle system or similar accounting system is an advantage.
7. Strong aptitude for numbers and accuracy.
8. Independent, self-motivated, and well-organized with a detail-oriented mindset. Must be able to multi-task and work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
