2. Job Description 職位描述

1. Trend-driven R&D Planning: Track relevant technical trends in Hong Kong's construction industry, participate in formulating localized R&D plans, and put forward technical suggestions meeting local needs.
2. R&D & Application Implementation: Carry out local R&D iteration of construction digitalization technologies and promote the implementation and verification of R&D results in Hong Kong projects.
3. Demand & Testing Verification: Collect local customers' R&D demands, complete on-site testing of prototypes, and feed back data to support product optimization.
4. R&D Ecosystem Linkage: Connect with local industry associations and research institutions in Hong Kong to ensure R&D direction aligns with industry policies and technical trends.
5. R&D Technical Support: Provide R&D-stage technical support for local customers and promote prototype trial use and feedback collection.

1. 趨勢研發規劃：跟蹤香港建造業相關技術趨勢，參與本地化研發方案制定，輸出契合本地需求的技術建議。
2. 研發與應用落地：開展建造業數字化技術本地研發迭代，推動研發成果在香港項目落地驗證。
3. 需求與測試驗證：收集本地客戶研發訴求，完成原型機現場測試，回傳數據支撐產品優化。
4. 研發生態聯動：對接香港業內協會與科研機構，確保研發方向契合行業政策與技術趨勢。
5. 研發技術支援：為本地客戶提供研發階段技術支持，推動樣機試用與反饋收集。

3. Job Requirements 任職要求

1. Education & Major: Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Data Science and related majors, with R&D experience preferred.
2. Technical Capabilities
3. Have basic software and hardware R&D skills, proficient in using test instruments, understand basic structural R&D, with industrial control/robot R&D experience preferred;
4. Able to operate wireless/data test tools, understand PLC, machine vision and other industrial control components, with big data or digital system R&D experience preferred.
5. Regional & Industry Capabilities: Familiar with Hong Kong construction industry norms and technical trends, and proficient in working communication in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
6. Comprehensive Qualities: Strong logical thinking, capable of collaborative R&D and on-site problem-solving, with strong sense of responsibility and innovation awareness.
7. Work Adaptability: Adapt to construction R&D site environment, able to actively follow industry trends and promote technology R&D and application.

1. 學歷專業：本科及以上，機械工程、自動化、電氣工程、數據科學等相關專業，有研發經驗優先。
2. 技術能力
3. 具軟硬體研發基礎，熟用測試儀器，懂基礎結構研發，有工控 / 機器人研發經驗優先；
4. 會操作無線 / 數據測試工具，瞭解 PLC、機器視覺等工控元件，有大數據或數字化系統研 發經驗優先。
5. 地域與行業能力：熟悉香港建造業規範與技術趨勢，可熟用國語、粵語、英文工作交流。
6. 綜合素質：邏輯思維強，能協同研發、解決現場問題，責任心與創新意識足。
7. 工作適配：適應建造業研發現場，能主動跟進行業趨勢並推動技術研發應用。
