Assistant Event & Communication Officer

Responsibilities
1) Handle telephone and email inquiries on event sponsorship and logistics;
2) Provide administrative assistance and on-site support of all aspects of events and camps
3) Assist in design and quotation of promotional materials (i.e. leaflet, t-shirt, souvenir);
4) Manage database and prepare regular summary reports
Requirements
- - Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Marketing, and/or event management; with fundraising and experience in NGO would be highly preferred
- - Strong communication and coordination skills; - Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; - Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and Internet
