Service & Administration Officer

Responsibilities
- Handle telephone and email inquiries on event sponsorship and logistics;
- Assist in coordination and on-site client service for all aspects of events;
- Provide administration support to Government funded projects;
- Support communication and collaboration with social welfare
organizations and schools
- Manage database; prepare quotation, tender and regular summary reports
Requirements
- -Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field
- -Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in administration, customer service and/or event management; with fundraising and experience in NGO would be highly preferred
- -Willing to work on weekends and public holidays on occasion -Strong administration and coordination skills - Good client servicing and communication skills - Self-motivated, proactive, innovative and able to work independently - Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese - Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office
