Service & Administration Manager/ Assistant Service & Administration Manager
Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate all aspects of events and provide on-site support
  2. Develop partnerships with social welfare and charitable institutions, schools, corporations and organizations in providing meaningful outing activities for underprivileged
  3. Provide administration support on government matching fund project application and coordination with Social Welfare Department and NGO partners
  4. Conduct presentation; prepare proposals, quotation, tender and regular summary reports
  5. Supervise 3-4 junior staff on project basis
Requirements

Education

Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or related field


Working Experience

Minimum 11-15 years’ experience in administration, marketing, and/or event management; with fundraising and solid experience in NGO would be highly preferred

Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in supervision role with exceptional skill in problem solving and decision making


Other Information

Strong client servicing, communication and coordination skills

Self-motivated, proactive, innovative and able to work independently

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office

Willing to work on weekends and public holidays on occasion
