Assistant Event & Communication Manager
Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate all aspects of events and provide on-site client service
  2. Create marketing materials to support communications with donors and beneficiaries
  3. Develop partnerships with social welfare and charitable institutions, schools and organizations in providing meaningful outing activities for underprivileged
  4. Prepare proposals and regular summary reports
  5. Supervise 2-3 junior staff on project basis
Requirements

Education

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field


Work Experience

Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in marketing, and/or event management; with fundraising and experience in NGO would be highly preferred;

Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in supervision role with exceptional skill in problem solving


Other Information

Strong client servicing, communication and coordination skills

Self-motivated, proactive, innovative and able to work independently

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office

Willing to work on weekends and public holidays on occasion
